As Vice President of Operations, Brian oversees day-to-day, strategic operations and driving  a relentless pursuit of efficiency across all departments. With a focus on optimizing processes and consistency, enhancing team collaboration, and ensuring the highest level of service for clients, Brian leads our efforts in operations training and development, resource and workforce planning, and operations analytics.

A graduate of Pittsburg State University’s Business Administration program, Brian has held various leadership positions within the company, starting in project management and filling progressively more senior roles, gaining extensive expertise in operations management and strategy development. His ability to streamline workflows and enhance overall performance has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success.
